4. Imagine you are asked to evaluate a large and complex set of data for your manager,how would you feel about this kind of tasks and how would you plan to work.
5. Why excellent customer service is important to banks
6. How do you feel when others ask you for advice relating to an important decision.
7. When was the last time you had adapt your style of communication for someone ina management role or senior position?
8. When was the last time you made a big mistake in a piece of work and what didyou learn from it?
9. Imagine it is your first month in your graduate role,who would you seek to buildrelationships with and how would you do this
10. What does working hard mean to you?
11. Do you have anything else to tell us?

第一輪是behavior test，點(diǎn)擊郵件里的鏈接即可參加，這個(gè)主要是看性格契合度吧，不用特意準(zhǔn)備的，看個(gè)人本身的表現(xiàn)

第二輪會(huì)有性格相符度測(cè)試，也是網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行，會(huì)有不同情境下的小視頻，然后讓你選擇你會(huì)偏向于怎么做，沒(méi)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案的，也是看個(gè)人的性格。

hr面試。面試主要問(wèn)簡(jiǎn)歷上的問(wèn)題，對(duì)過(guò)去的經(jīng)歷做了解，氣氛較好，壓力不大。大概持續(xù)了20分鐘。面完后一星期給結(jié)果。

網(wǎng)上視頻面試，使用hirevue進(jìn)行錄制，每道題是不一樣的時(shí)長(zhǎng)，有30左右時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備，1-1.5分鐘時(shí)間進(jìn)行錄制。
